  • Formulated for all 50 States: The Armor WB25 is low VOC and can be shipped to all 50 states!
Application

The Armor WB25 can be applied with a 3/8-1/2” nap roller, or a commercial pump sprayer. For a consistent high gloss finish, apply two coats spaced 6-8 hours apart. Do not exceed 24 hours apart between coats.

Time Of Day

The Armor WB25 should only be applied in the early evening when air and surface temperatures are declining, and when the sun is no longer positioned over the surface.

Surface Preparation

The Armor WB25 should be applied to a completely clean and dry surface. If the surface was cleaned with water or pressure washed prior to application, allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours before sealing. While the surface may appear dry and feel dry to touch, water below the surface trapped in the pores can cause the issues. While pressure washing the surface is typically sufficient, spot treatment may be necessary for deep or older stains.

The Armor WB25 is designed specifically to be used on unsealed porous concrete and concrete pavers. It can also be applied to concrete and concrete paver surfaces previously sealed with a water based acrylic as long as the acrylic has been properly prepped for adhesion. The Armor WB25 should not be used on smooth or dense concrete surfaces. It is always suggested to apply the Armor WB25 to a test area to verify absorption, coverage, compatibility, and project suitability.

The Armor WB25 should not be used to seal clay brick, red Chicago pavers, flagstone, slate, or natural stone. If you are looking to seal clay brick, red Chicago pavers, flagstone, slate, or natural stone, consider instead of the Armor WL550 or the Armor SX5000 WB.

Note About Sealing Concrete Pavers:

Please note, while the Armor WB25 can be applied over paver joints, it is not designed as a bonding agent and will not harden or bond the loose sand in the paver joints. If applying with a roller, loose sand in the joints may cling to the roller and be redistributed across the pavers. For best results, apply first coat with a sprayer if you are applying to pavers with loose sand in the paver joints.

When applying to porous pavers, gloss level may be reduced, and more material may be required to achieve desired finish.

Adding Non-Slip: For added surface traction, the Armor Non-Slip additive can be added. The ultra-fine and fine Armor Non-Slip additives works best in the Armor WB25.  Applying the Ultra-Fine: Slowly drill mix 3-6.5 ounces of non-slip additive per gallon of sealer, until completely blended, then apply. For Fine: When applying the second coat, add the non-slip additive to the coating using a broadcast spreader, and back roll to encapsulate the non-slip additive.

Clean-Up

Use warm water and soap. Dispose of containers in accordance with local and federal regulations.

Removal

Dried, cured sealer may be removed with the Armor CR100, or by using a diamond grinding method, sandblasting method or similar mechanical action.

Coverage

Porous Surfaces: Up to 175 square feet per gallon in one coat.

Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): Up to 200-225 square feet per gallon in one coat.

Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates and will vary. Two coats are suggested for even coverage and appearance. Please note, less porous surfaces, such as bluestone, flagstone, and slate may only require one coat.

Outstanding company customer service & products

I purchased the Foundation Armor WB 25 for my basement and my garage. It is an awesome product which did a great job. Easy to use with a sprayer and easy to clean up. In my garage I purchased the Foundation Armor Non-Slip Additive Ultra-Fine to prevent slipping and it worked great. I recently called Foundation Armor to inquire about the best product to seal my paver patio and the gentlemen Eric I soke to was very friendly and knowledgeable.

WB25 review

Let me start by saying I did extensive research because I didn't know anything about paver sealing. I watched many youtube videos for information. I just wanted the best product if I was going to go to all the work to do my own pavers. I chose Foundation Armor and so glad I did. I called the company first and talked to a very knowledgeable representative. I ordered two 5 gallons first because my neighbor wanted to do his also and share the cost and work. The order shipped the same day I ordered. I did my pavers first to see the out come because I didnt know the coverage and gloss for my particular application. I did polymeric sand before sealing and glad I did. I used approximately 7 gallons with two coats for about 650 sq. ft. of pavers. The WB25 was easy to spray on with a short drying time in our Florida sun. Ordered another 5 gallons to complete my neighbors pavers. We are very happy with Foundation Armor products and this company is very customer friendly. The WB25 says high gloss but the representative said it wouldn't be real shiny and he was right. Our paver project turned out beautiful and so glad I found this company.

Excellent Experience and Great Product

We used WB25 to seal our driveway which is concrete pavers. I cannot say enough about both the service when we ordered the WB25 directly from Foundation Armor as well as how pleased we are with the results. It is very helpful as well as convenient to be able to order directly from the manufacturer as they are such a reliable source of advice. We also have pavers on our lanai and we will come back to Foundation Armor when we are ready to seal the lanai.

Best Wet Look Cure and Seal in the Industry

* In my opinionIf you saw my first review on this product you would know that I wasn't too happy with it at first. But then it grew on me. Now I'm really happy with it.First and foremost this is an Acrylic Wet-Look Concrete Sealer. It is also a Cure and Seal. The first part... the Acrylic is just another term for well glue. If you look at all the glue products on the market today you will find that 90% or more are acrylic based. And in the case of any concrete surface sealer a glue is a very good thing. Think about it. Is there anything better that you could pour on your driveway than glue? What properties do glues possess? They Stick. They Bond and They Resist Moisture. All things that are beneficial.Next Wet Look is attractive because most people like things that are shiny. I know I do. In case you were wondering I'm not a reviewer by trade. I do it because I like to showcase good products like this one. I also feel an obligation to the opposite but that's another story. What I do for a living other then collect social security is create very colorful Planting Pots as the hands and student of a Very Big Name in the theological crowd. The point is that I use this product in a way for a different material than what was intended at its creation. But the material is a cement/concrete product that needs sealing just as much as a driveway or patio. One does not want pots to leak out of the sides any more than an upper deck to leak into the kitchen below. They must be sealed as well. And getting back to the Wet Look part these pots look very nice with that treatment. Now for a quick look back here's how my first review ended:But there is an upside to acrylic... the finish is to die for. 3 coats of it will give you a mirror gloss that will rival any fired pot on earth. I must have that look on my pots without question. So what do I do? I have to live with the marks INSIDE the pot from the glue to get the shine on the OUTSIDE. I have no choice and if you were me you'd do the same! And just in case you were wondering there are no marks on the pots anymore because we overcame that obstacle with a little bit of ingenuity. Now to the last part... Cure and Seal. OK we already went through the seal part. But the cure??? That's the really cool part of this product. And no one else does it! This will help cure green porous concrete and concrete pavers. Now how's that for a complete product? You don't even have to wait for your slab or pavers to cure before you can seal them now. Nor do I have to wait for my pots to cure before I can seal them either. This is an amazing product and I'm here to tell you that the price point beats or exceeds 75% of their competition. And last but not least the competition that comes in under them isn't competition at all because you see I've tried all there is to try out there and those cheaper ones? They just don't compare! That's why I use Foundation Armor WB25.

Water based 25 on decorative concrete

Great stuff. Use on stamped and color concrete. In the South Bay with lots of sun and high temps. You will Need to reseal every year as the sheen will start to fade in about 10 months.
